While trying to find a file in WinRar I came across a file that said C:\Recycler\S- etc. Anybody know what this is?

Thanks. I was wondering if it might be some kind of spyware/adware. Thanks. Mine probably has stuff hiding in there but I feel safe about deleting it now.
