I'd remove any devices that are not necessary to start. Go with your HDD, Ram and vid card (unless video is onboard of course) and see if you can install.
Then after you have windows up and running, start adding your other devices one at a time to find the problem.
If you still get stuck with only the basic hardware, then maybe you have a problem with a major part, but let's take it one step at a time.
Also, you need to update your profile so we know what kind of computer you have.
