Reformatting and re-activating windows XP after a big hardware upgrade

So I got all my new hardware stuff. I will be adding:

-A new cpu
-Completly new memory
-New video card
-A DVD burner
-Replacing my NIC for a better one

After I add this stuff, then reformat my hard drive and install Windows XP home OEM, will I be able to activate over the internet, or do I have to phone in to Microsoft, and if that happens, how would I do that? Click activate by phone, then explain to the operator my situation?

I think its mainly if you change your mobo and HDD but MS are quite helpful with this sorta stuff if you do phone them the only question they did press on when I phoned em was is the XP disc being used on one PC and ofcourse thats Yes.
