regedit' or taskmgr it says its already in use by another program

Can someone help me or direct me to the right place.

When i GO to start and run "regedit' or taskmgr it says its already in use by another program

also when i hit ctrl+alt+delete it does nothing


what do i do??


I've read some stuff and DL'd hijackthis , and I've attached my log in .txt format .

Any help would be much appreciated .

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is riddled with malware. It also appears you`re not running any antivirus or firewall software. This is a huge security risk and has no doubt contributed to the state of your system.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
