regedit, taskmgr, cmd folder option not is working..computer is very slow.

Hi I have my computer infected with virus. But some viruses are not able to scan thru avg so i uninstall avg and intall Mcafee. Here is the log file from hijack.

Can anyone please suggest what to do to bring everything back.

I am trying to attach the log file from hijack but it gives me only 7 images allowed to attach. I am not sure what exactly it is.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
