I'm wondering if there is anyway to reload or reset Direct X without rebooting the computer?
Every once in awhile a game will quit and then anything that uses direct3d won't work until I reboot. It's really annoying because I hate rebooting... I typically have three or four things running in the background all the time. So does anyone know a way to reset direct X?
I don't care if it's complicated... I really wish it would just show up as service under the services MSC so I could just reload it... damn you microsoft...
