Resolution problem! PLZ HELP!

som i just reformated my computer but now everything looks weird
then it said something about the resolution being low or soemthing
i dont kno wat to do, ive looked for the answer everywhere but none of them really help out, i dunno if im doin something wrong or wat
i need help!

it's really not all that difficult.

right click anywhere on your desktop, and go to the "settings" tab. then click the slider, and drag it to the resolution you want it at and it will adjust.

You need to install you graphics drivers.
