Rundll32.exe error - WININET.dll

When I try to change my Workgroup on My Computer's properties it gives me an error which says,

Rundll32.exe
WININET.DLL - Unable to locate component.

Then it opens the properties andthe workgroup is greyed out.

When I open Internet Explorer it gives that same message and closes again?

Anyone ever had this before?

Sounds like something deleted Wininet.dll go here and follow the instructions.

Ok I got it right to change the Workgroup and I can access my server now, but it still gives me a shlwapi.dll error and says something about SHRGetValueW entry or something but I will fix that another day. its not that urgent.
