RunDLL32.exe infected by trojan.small.js

Hi... i've seen a few other people on this forum with the same problem, i've tried some of the things you have told them to do. But it is still stopping me from doing anything mildly Admin related... Any ideas because i am beat lol

Oh by the way, when i used AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 the trojan 'troajn.small.js' did come up and i did quaratine the file and there was no change, then i deleted it and that also did nothing. Everytime i scan my laptop now it doesn't show up either.

Never ever post a hijackthis log as a document as it can carry some types of infections, you need to read the following instructions.

You need to have a read of this - If your system is infected. Read this before deciding whether to CLEAN or REFORMAT.

Then if you should wish to proceed with cleaning your system you need to go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as ATTACHMENTS into this thread, only after doing the above.
