Samsung Dvd writter goes error cant b read by other drive...

i use dvd writter from samsung...i copy few disk ...cheap one cant remember name.....i t cant b read by dvd drive......but it still work perfectly on my dvd rw drive......when i put into my destop and laptop...it got weird sound like going to b broke...some crack crack sound and screen freeze ....i need to eject the disk.......but i also have sony DVD-RW disk it work fine for all com.....is this all matter with the cheap disk......
