I have an Sapphire ATi Radeon HD 2900 Pro 512MB and I can not boot. All i get is an blue screen with an driver error. I can boot in safe mode and I have reinstalled Vista. I took it to Best Buy and they tested the card and it worked. The card is new but the warranty is up. Need help!!!!

Make sure your PSU can handle the card. Also, make sure you have disabled the onboard video card in the BIOS, if there is any onboard video.

Do you have both pcie connections hooked up from your card to your psu?
-either 2 x 6pin connectors
or
-1 x 6pin and 1 x 8pin

There should be two 6-pin PCI-E connectors from your PSU that look like the black connector in this picture. If there aren't you can use two adapters like this one to convert your Molex plugs to 6-pin ones. You'd need one 6-pin and one 8-pin plug to unlock the Overdrive option in the ATI CCC though.
Also, check your HDD for any bad sectors. It might be the cause of your problems.
