Sapphire Radeon 9600xt blue screens?

Well for some reason my computer randomly throws me to a blank blue screen and screws up the sound so that it is high pitched tones and hangs no restarts. I've tried reinstalling video drivers, etc. and have it only running at 4x AGP not 8x. Sys specs

AMD 3500+
Asus A8V Deluxe
1gb corsair valueselect
36.7gb WD Raptor


Any ideas?

Check the Event Viewer in Administrative Tools in Control Panel.
