Screen flickers at startup for about 5 minutes

dear all
my screen flickers for about 5 minutes at startup.
during flicker it turns black for 2-3 seconds and come back again.
after that it seems absolutely fine.

i have to adjust my screen every morning too to a normal condition.

isthis related to monitor or card
