screen turning black with Farcry

Hello everyone i'm new here but i have a problem playing games. I have a Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 3.06 GHz Clockspeed 3.08 GHz, 512mb Ram and a Readon 9200 Pro Family Video Card. The problem i'm having is with the game FarCry when i start the game and the level is loaded the screen turns black and in the middle i see a small monitor and a computer disconnecting and then my screen turns off(it happens on every setting). I'm having the same problem with the game Joint Operations thyphoon rising but then just in the beginning of the first trainig level

The video refresh rate is incorrect for your monitor when you start playing these games. A driver update might fix this trouble
