I have been recieving an error. Windows Service Pack Setup has encountered a problem and needed to close. The error signature is the following; szAppName:update.exe

szModName:mscvcrt.dll
szModVer:7.0.2600.2180
offset:00032a16
This only happens when the laptop first boots up.
Has this happened to anyone, if so are there any suggestions.
