Share Folder access

Hi everybody,How r u.Plz help me.
I have a network with 20 Copmuters.with windows 98 and windows Xp.plz tell me when i want to access windows xp pc on another windows xp pc on a network it directly display the share folder.But i want to put password for this.how can i set a password for network access on windows xp Pc.
