shdoclc.dll problem - can't get on internet

I believe my daughter downloaded some sort of a virus. Every time I visited a web site it would just continue to pop an unlimited number of new windows. Then suddenly nothing would connect and at the bottom of the IE 6 window, I could see this: res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm

So I downloaded HijackThis using my Mac and installed it on the Windows XP machine and here is the log file. Can anyone help?

Thread moved to the proper forum.

Your system is riddled with malware, your running a completely unpatched version of windows and you`re using an outdated version of HJT and have not renamed it.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as Attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.
