Sims 2 help - DirectX 9.0c

my sims 2 -bon voyage doesnt work. i downloaded that directx 9.0c 2-3 times. what do i do. i see heather got it can someone help me.

memory - 1014MB RAM
DirectX Version - DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

name - Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family
