SIS splash screen

Hello! I have just reformatted and reinstalled Window 98SE, but now find that, after reinstalling my drivers, I have the SIS splash screen on my desktop. Can anyone tell me how I can remove it, please?

right click on the desktop, properties, desktop, choose none from the list.

This should be put in the Windows forum I think...
