Just as we have Oscar and Grammy to showcase the best of movies and music as well as some sites which give honest and true reviews of Pc games,Is there a site which covers the most hyped games and also the worst Pc games of all times?

Worst Games

Seems like most review sites (GameSpot, for example) do their annual "Worst Games of...", and I know there are a few sites with forums dedicated to this subject...but I haven't seen anything really focusing on it too much...maybe TechSpot can organize a some sort of submission process and share the results after a month or so...
