Install Spybot Search & Destroy.
Use the
Mode:Advanced menu to get to the
Tools->System Startup.
You can
uncheck items you would like to disable without uninstalling them
there are many items you can live without, such as ALL auto-update services
which can always be run manually :knock: Why hog the processor/memory for
something that is needed infrequently?
