Sluggish

Hey i wasnt sure where to post this but here it is///

all the problem really is, when i close a window say....Internet Explorer it kinda goes down in stages "sluggishly" my specs are below ive defragged couple of times and all the stuff...i did a virus scan i got NOD32 virus scanner


any ideas

Download Ccleaner at www.Ccleaner.com and run the cleaner and registry tool. Also download, install and update Adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ and run that to see if there are any spyware issues on your computer. If you find some critical issues download HijackThis and attach a log as a text file to this thread.
