Software monitor CPU temp and RAM temp

Hi everyone,
does anyone know of any software for the CPU and RAM so that if it gets to hot or if there are any errors, it tells me ?

Google "Motherboard Monitor" It's a good program for CPU temp... Not sure about ram temp though. Good Luck!
