something about cups

hey i had a quesiton.. i dont get this.. im giving dis test nd it asked me that if i hav successfully installed CUPS, nd i run the following command, http://localhost:631 nd it doenst run.. what shud i do?
a)frm the command line, enter cups start.
b)frm the command line, enter cups run.
c)frm the command line, enter service cups stop, then enter servie cups start.
d)frm the command line, enter start printer service.
