Sony Vaio: Back light is on but no display.

Anyone have any ideas why my Sony Vaio laptop has no display, but the back light is working fine. Using external monitor is also working.

Your actual model number should be PCG-FXA53... Try reinstalling this driver:

If this doesn't work, you might have a bad LCD cable or a bad LCD Panel
