Soo many Viruses/Malware/Spyware

I just decided that i have to reformat...I thought if i cleaned up my windows install it would be ok but i just realized it is too far gone to be recovered. Basically I just got the Love Sans virus..i finally got rid of that after 6 hours working on it...i then realized i had the secure32 thing..and the paysomething.exe thing..there was just too much to work on to recover it to be normal..

Sometimes it's really better to start clean. I have already posted a few suggestions for keeping Windows clean. Let me see if I can find the post... Ahhh, there it is:
