Sound driver problems

I just formated my computer and I tryed to install my sound driver device SiS 9012

But I just got the error:
UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices - 536870397

I read on google that I need to install my motherboard chipset, but since I dont know how I hope that someone could help me.

download the newest drivers that match your specs in each section and save it to your desktop, (lan, vga, modem, sound) then install them on at a time > then restart your system

Sometimes you will also need to reinstall motherboard drivers from your motherboard utilities cd.
