Sound Help

I have no sound on my PC, the monitor does beeps now and then but know real sounds. I went to control panel and checked sound device, it showed 2 big yellow question marks on Multimedia Audio Controller and VGA Controller (VGA Compatible) Tried to reinstall them but that didnt work, or updating them, because i need a CD.

You need to visit the packard bell website and get an audio driver from them.
