Sound interferance when reading/bruning a cd

Hi all my problem is as follows:

My audio crackles up really bad when my dvd burner reads or burns data. is there a volume that i am missing. also when reading or burning heavily my mouse goes really really laggy like my pc is struggling but its clearly (check my specs.)

i dont have a clue what it is, maybe some of your super pc experts do

Do you have a cellphone or anything that is transmitting RFI or EMI near your system?

Check to see if their is a conflict with your drive.

start, run, winmsd. Look in here to see if you notice anything causing any issue

its not my phone because its only when burning or reading a cd/dvd. and there is no conflics or errors in the winmsd. ?

Run your audio tests in Directx

start
run
Type in dxdiag
run the tests and see if you come up with any errors

This diagnostic does not correct errors, it just detects them. Audio, video, controllers..etc
