Sparkle SPI-250 G power supply

Does any one know the use of both two wires cables on that PS.

One cable is twisted pair red/Black wires with 2 pin header
The other one is grey pvc jacket with white/black wires and
2 pin header

I called sparkle but they do not seem to recall that model.
They do not keep that on file. It changes to fast.

I also called Aopen because the PS was already installed in the tower when I bought it.

I would assume that the red/black pair is for connection to an external fan (red = +12V, black = earth, check with a voltmeter).
No idea for the other cable.

The white/black cable is likely a tachometer cable for PSU fan speed feedback to the mainboard for monitoring.
