Spliting Album into multiple tracks

Anyone know how to resplit up the tracks on an album that has been ripped as one long track. Thanks

Almost any sound editor will do. There are some special apps to do that too. Also, in case you are making an audio CD then Nero has that feature builtin.

Isn't there a .cue file you can get so you can burn that really long album track to cd with individual tracks like a normal music cd?
