stop errors event id 1003

I have suffered several stop errors over a period of weeks. All carry the event id 1003 and are reported by Microsoft error reporting system as caused by an unknown device driver. I have loaded the latest driver for my graphics card, checked the memory with MEMTEST386 and MESH replaced the hard drive after they reached the erroneous conclusion that that was the source of the fault. I have attached two minidumps. If anyone can help to pinpoint the source of the fault I would be grateful. I lost most dumps after the hard disc was replaced.

It's your modem. The drivers are from Dec 2003, try to find an update. Does the modem have an ethernet connection?

Thanks for the quick reply. The latest drivers available are Dec 2003. It has no ethernet connection - USB only - Thomson Speedtouch 330
