How do I fix??

The NTVDM CPU has encountered an Illeagal instruction.
CS:0odb0 IP:0127 OP:c6 56 e4 16 d6 Choose "close" blah blah blah....
I have googled the c00ux.exe to no avail.
Any clues? Nothing has been added, software wise, or removed.
I did run antivirus...nothing; spybot, nothing; adaware, nothing
even the MS anti-spyware with no finds.
Their is no NEW.NET anything....
