Stuck at Xp loading screen

my computer boots up fine until the xp loading screen... the blue bar just keeps going and going and windows wont start.

my friend it sounds to me like you have a bad sector on your drive! go ahead and run hdtuner i think its called that it will check your hard drives health and tell you if its nearing the end of its exsistence! so get on a torrent site DL some Os of your likeing and load it up to your new drive. ""ps if you have a microcenter near you go there, why because were awesome and not super expensive
