Super slow computer: hijack this log attached

My comp is running REALLY slow and I don't know how to fix it. I've run AdAware and some other anti-spyware and virus programs, but I am still having problems. My hijack this log is attached.

Follow these instructions EXACTLY.
Put HijackThis in e.g. C:\Program Files\HJT and NOT in Temp or on the Desktop!.

Get rid of Norton/Symantec bloatware, get the free AVG instead.

STOP using that crappy IE (other than for Windows-updates).
Install Firefox from www.getfirefox.com
