Surfing problem with one particular site

Hello, I have a problem. Yesterday my ADSL line would connect but nothing would come through on my browser or my messenger wouldn't connect. I flushed my DNS whatsit via run->ipconfig... My computer liked that... Now my connection is fine with the exeption of one site (www.nessmp3.com) I've tried practically everything, including changing my browser. When I try run->ipconfig the dosprompt box flashes up then disappears. Searching the net for solutions I find the problem to be somewhat common amongst users with routers but I dont use a router... My head will expload soon. Thanks in advance for your help and apologies if this is the wrong forum for my problem.
