symantec instal problem

hi every body
i have problem while am trying to install symantec anti virus i get this problem


windows installer
the configuration data for this product is corrupted..contact your support personal


note i installed this software after that on another pc and its worked

any one have any idea

Try this:


Download and run the Norton Uninstaller.

Reboot.

Go OFFline.

Turn OFF any existing AV.

Install.

I'd actually use this as an excuse to not install that crapware though.. lol.

no momok am really need to instal symantec and this error occured
