System crashing

i purchased satellite for my pc. when i was finished downloading the software i notice i was having problems with the channels freezing. I contacted the company and they told me that , i did not download everything i was suppose to . so i reloaded the software and when i was finished ,i started having lots of issues. i was on youtube watching a video and my system crashed ,then another time i was try to use my media player and it crash again. please help me. I am using ................................ a inspiron 1501, Amd mobile Sempron

hmmmmmm

Sounds like a conflict between the OS and the software/driver that you downloaded. Have you tried to uninstall the software to see if your system runs ok without it?
