I had this error on Server 2003, its occurred twice so far. I checked event viewer with the following:

Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Date: 16/10/2007
Time: 8:55:59 AM

Computer: MINFS1
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x00000000, 0xd0000002, 0x00000001, 0xb9bfd161).
