System Error

I've experienced a System Error then my PC automatically restarted (My Auto-restart is turned off so I can see if it's a BSOD). It happened after a game crashed. After the PC restarted it said that Windows Recovered from a Serious Error.

Replaced RAM and tried Memtest but it didn't give any errors or so. I had this problem before too but it didn't logged in an Error before. XP sometimes shows the "System Recovered from a Serious Error" about 2 times up to now only, one in which the system never had any crashes or so. I was thinking it was Game Guard Crashing which caused it but I'm not really sure...

For Error code 1000000a, see this Google Search page-choose the most applicable to you: http://tinyurl.com/yuyh8s:

For Error code 1000008e,: are you seeing this also: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
This error is typically related to applications (or software drivers) that are attempting to use "advanced" features of the existing hardware. This sounds like the problem of the game.

Please note: Both of the above Event Errors have the same #1003 and the same Source. However the error codes are different.

what did your minidumps say? If you don't know how to read minidumps, google "How to read minidumps" or search here on TS. Minidumps will point the source of your troubles.

I think an easier way to pin down the cause is by using the Event Viewer:

Follow this path:
Control Panel Administrative Tools> Event Viewer> Click on System & Apps, one at a time on the left> look for Errors on the right> right click error> Properties> note description of error, Event# and Source.

There is a "copy" button below the up/down arrows. Click that, then go to any place that allows you to type (ie. notepad, wordpad, this board) and you can paste (use CTRL-V) the entire event details there. It makes for easy reporting of the event.

If you want to paste the Event here, you do not need to include the lines of code that follow the Description- but paste all else. You will be looking for Error that occurs at the time of the problem. Please ignore Warnings.

Nope. It doesn't show the KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. It doesn't show a BSOD (Even if I turned off Auto Restart). I while ago I opened the same game and while loading the PC Froze. I was also thinking it might be because my PC is running out of Space. And the Minidumps aren't on the Date the problem happened, they are from way back (Which was aleady fixed).

Okay, here's the problem in Event #1000, Source: Application Error:
Faulting App trickster.bin:
The .BIN file contains an exact copy of all data stored on an optical disk in raw, unprocessed form but without subchannel data.

The error is telling you that the application was behaving sporadically and jeopardizing the system so it was shut down. You either need to update Trickster, patch it or uninstall/reinstall.
