System Erros/Cursor Troubles - Any help would be great!

Hi, I have been getting a ton of system errors recently. I've taken out 2 different sticks of memory in hopes of finding the problem but still no luck.

These are the events from the system event log:
While I was restarting my computer: Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000047, parameter2 804fcc24, parameter3 aa4fb3b4, parameter4 00000000.

After it had rebooted I received 3 more errors: Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000047, parameter2 804fcc24, parameter3 aa6d83b4, parameter4 00000000.

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000047, parameter2 804fcc24, parameter3 bab073b4, parameter4 00000000.

Error code 1000000a, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000001, parameter4 805217e0.

On top of the constant system errors my cursor does not seem as accurate anymore. I've tried 4 different mice, some optical, some with the wheel some USB and others not. It is difficult to move my mouse precisely using Photoshop. I'm hoping/assuming that these all could be related.

I have also tried running a memory tester to fix any of these problems but to tell you the truth I really don't know how to read the results.

If anyone could give me any help with any of this I would be greatly appreciative.

By the way I am running...

Windows XP Pro
AMD 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+
2 GB Ram (after removing 1 256 and 1 512)
Asus A8N-SLI motherboard
Nvidia GeForce 6800 XT
WD 36gb 10000rpm - for my operating system
WD 250 gb 7200rpm
3 optical drives - 2 DVD-RW's and 1 CD-RW

if you need to know anything else, just ask... thanks!

System crash with NT Staus code c0000047, may be relating to the following software

Netgear VPN Client software (ie crypto.sys)
AlurFltr.sys
ADSM modem driver (ie toruspci)

If you don't have the above software, you have to provide the minidump for further investigation. Zip 4 to 5 minidumps and attach the zip file here. You can find the minidump at the folder \windows\minidumps.
