"System has recovered from a serious error" message, minidumps attached

My system has been randomly restarting and giving me the "system has recovered from a serious error" message each time. I've read similar threads. I tried testing memory and I've created a new pagefile.sys. I was hoping someone could look at my minidumps and tell me what's wrong and how I can fix it. Thanks ahead of time.

Your minidumps are at Nov 2005. Do you want to resolve the problem which occured 4 months ago?

Woops. I have a whole bunch of them saved. I guess I accidently grabbed some of the older ones by mistake. Here are some newer ones. Thanks.

There have 3 culprits. The first culprit is Norton AV, de-install or upgrade Norton AV. The second culprit is Nvidia Display Card Driver, install version 78.05. The culprit is faulty ram. Reseat the memory to another memory slot.
