System Report?

A few days ago I missing around in XP and found a type of system report that listed such things as processor, hd, cdrom drive, memory, and all sorts of good stuff. I assume it's something you would use when communicating with Tech Support. Any idea where I found this? I would like to use it. Thanks.

It sounds like youre talking about the system information tool.

go to

start --> all programs --> accessories --> sytem tools --> system information.

Another useful place for info on your system is Device manager, accessable by right clicking the My Computer icon --> properties --> selesct the hardware tab.
