System32 Folder...again

If I use Windows explorer or search manually in my hard drive through My Computer, I cannot find the system32 folder? I'm not sure if it is a hidden folder or not but I have those showing and it still won't show up.
However, if I open up the "delete file after reboot" menu in HijackThis, it brings me to the system32 folder. Not making much sense and I was just wondering why it worked like that.

The Windows system32 folder is normally hidden. To be able to view it see the following.
