Task Manager Problem

Hi, I have recently found out that i cannot open my task manager i have ran Norton antivirus twice and it found no viruses and i also used Spyware blaster to find the problem but it just said that all the spyware was deleted. After i did that my Task Manager still wouldnt ope. I have posted my log file underneath this paragraph.

Only post a fresh HJT log after doing the above.
