That isn't a very good way to get good answers. If you don't think something is right, then head over to the spyware forum and read the stuck threads at the top.

Having said that:
Looks like you have a low amount of Physical RAM, I think... based on that 389,484/639,8xx.
You have 44 processes running, in XP that is a little high. Not terribly high, but my work computer with a ton of crap running I wouldn't have on a home computer has 45 processes with Winamp, mIRC, and trillian open.

when looking at the process count you can usually disregard anything with hp*** in the name as this belongs to your printer.
you should also download and run hijackthis.exe if you are concerned about what is going on in your system
