Thank you for the information I received on how to get rid of "Critical System Error" message and other junk I was experiencing on my computer. It had taken me practically the whole day, but it was worth it.

I am attaching a two files to you: hijackthis.log

and

AVG Antispyware (Report-Scan-20061030-123339.txt)

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Please rename the HijackThis.exe file to HijackThis1991.exe as per the instructions HERE.

Then post a fresh HJT log.
