the system has recovered from serious error (how to get rid of it?)

Hi,

Every time I restart my PC I get: ''the system has recovered from serious error''. I click send and complete the entire process with windows and 5 seconds later the same think appears. Then I click don''t sent and and it happens again. How do I stop it or get rid of it?

What have you done to deal with the error... apparently it is being detected and a response is generated each time.
