You have a conflict and have to free a resource.

Firstly restart the computer and look for the bit that says

F2 or Delete to enter setup.

When you find it press the button and go into the BIOS

Look for the section regarding "Plug and Play OS" and check it's set to "YES"

boot back into windows and remove the offending item then reboot again and see if it now clears if not see this link from Microsoft
