This UGLY MSN messenger bug

ok, this happens to me all the time recently but i've ignored it many times, now its getting annoyed, how do i remove this pop up everytime i sign into Msn messenger? BTW i have live messenger and this pop up script wont ever go away, please help its irritating lol

Open up Internet Options in IE or Control Panel.
Tick the Advanced->Disable Script Debugging boxes.
Untick the Advanced->Display a notification.. box.

tried it and it seems to have the same problem
